Directions
Adults and children 12 years of age and over: take 1 to 3 softgels daily. Children 2 to under 12 years of age: take 1 softgel daily. Children under 2 years of age: ask a doctor. Store at controlled room temperature 15 degrees - 30 degrees C (59 degrees - 86 degrees F).

Do not use:If abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present.
Ask a doctor before use if:
You notice a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over a period of 2 weeks.
You are presently taking mineral oil.
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement occur after use which may indicate a serious condition.
You need to use a laxative for more than 1 week.
