Bar-B-Q Chicken. Dip chicken halves in Dillard's Bar-B-Q Sauce, seal in aluminum foil and cook in oven at 350 Degrees or over bed of hot charcoal, meat side up. Cook for about 20 minutes before turning (if on grill); then turn occasionally until done (approx. 2 hrs.). Remove foil and brush with Dillard's Bar-B-Q Sauce, Bar-B-Q Pork or Beef: Dip Boston butt or other cut of meat in a pan of Dillard's bar-b-q sauce. Sprinkel with your favorite seasoning and seal in aluminum foil. Cook in oven at 350' or slowly over bed of hot charcoal until well done. Remove foil and brown. Brush occasionally with Dillard's bar-b-q sauce while browning. Slice or chop and serve.
