FRESH BREWED INTELLIGENCE: Keep your brewing equipment spotlessly clean. - Use freshly drawn filtered or bottled water. - Use Intelligentsia fresh-roasted coffee beans. - Grind your coffee just prior to brewing. - Use the correct grind for your coffee maker. - If you are using a paper filter, rinse it with hot water before use. Use the right amount of coffee: one standard coffee measure (2 tablespoons) per six-ounce cup. - Please brew coffee at 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit. - Store brewed coffee off heat in a thermally jacketed vessel to keep it hot. - Never reheat coffee! Microwaving coffee changes its chemistry and destroys flavor. - Store a week's supply of coffee in an airtight container and visit Intelligentsia often.
