Pasteurized process cheese with chocolate and walnuts. A Wisconsin tradition since 1934. Old fashion goodness. Our Cheesemaker loves Chocolate! He came up with this wonderful concoction all on his own. This is a select Cheddar Cheese that is pasteurized into a creamy process cheese. He then adds real cream, butter; sugar, cocoa, and walnuts!
