Celery seed is harvested from an herb relative of the parsley family and should not be confused with the vegetable celery. Grown primarily in India, this celery-scented seed adds a distinct flavor dimension to relishes, salads, dressing, sandwich fillings, meat dishes, breads, dips, spreads and soups.
