Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook to 165 degrees F. Cooking Directions: Skillet – Crumbled: 1. Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet. 2. Preheat over med-high heat for 30 seconds. 3. Add ground turkey and separate into crumbles; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes. Cook until turkey is well done, reaching 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer. Skillet or Grill – Patties: 1. Season turkey as desired and shape into ¼ pound patties, 4-inch diameter. 2. Apply a quick, one second spray of non-stick cooking spray to skillet or grill. 3. Preheat skillet or grill over medium to med-high heat for 30 seconds. 4. Add patties; cook 8 to 10 minutes, turning 2 to 3 times. Cook until center is well done, reaching 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer. Keep refrigerated.
