Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking: Using a knife or scissors, carefully slice casing lengthwise and peel back. Place in non-stick skillet over medium heat, breaking chorizo up with wooden spoon. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, until product has reached an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Cooking times and temperatures may vary. Keep refrigerated.
