How to Cook the Best Patties: Step 1: Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Step 2: Place patties on grill or skillet to cook for approximately 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. For the best eating experience, do not press on patties while cooking. Step 3: Remove patties from heat when internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F and allow patties to rest for 3 minutes.
