How to Cook the Best Patties: Step 1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Step 2. Place patties on grill or skillet to cook for approximately 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. For the best eating experience, do not press on patties while cooking. Step 3. Remove patties from heat when internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F and allow patties to rest for 3 minutes. Step 4. Enjoy with your favorite toppings. Note: If cooking patties on the stovetop, we recommend using a cast iron skillet and following the instructions above. Keep refrigerated.
