Cook to 160 degrees F. Keep refrigerated. Refrigerate cooked ground beef within 2 hours of cooking. Use within 3-4 days. Any unused portions should be immediately wrapped in freezer bags and placed in freezer. Thaw ground beef in refrigerator only.
