Directions

Mixing Instructions: 3/4 cup of water (Chef Bob's pro tip-use club soda). 4.5 oz. or 1 cup Heavenly Foods mix. 1 large egg. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a whisk. Whisk for 1 minute or until clumps are gone (you can also use a blender or hand mixer). Makes 4 4-inch waffles or makes 16 4-inch pancakes. Heavenly Waffles: Spray waffle iron. Heat iron, make sure it's very hot. You should hear a sizzle when you pour in the batter. Batter will be thinner than most waffle pancake batters, this is normal! Fill 3/4 full, wait for bubbles to appear before closing. Cook for 6-7 min or until desired crispness, rest for 60 sec. Enjoy! Heavenly Pancakes: Prepare the batter same as Heavenly Waffles. Spray the griddle, heat to 375 degrees or on medium high. Pour a 3-4 inch circle. Once bubbles form, slide spatula under the Heavenly Pancakes to release & flip. Enjoy! With Heavenly Waffles you can create so many wonderful options for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, pre/post workout.
