How to Cook Wahlburgers: Cook frozen. Cooking times may vary. Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place frozen burgers directly on the grill. Grill for 3-5 min on each side until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Stovetop: Heat a skillet or pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil. Add frozen burgers to the skillet. Grill for 4-5 min on each side until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees F. Spray a light layer of oil on basket. Place frozen burgers in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 11-13 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Oven: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Place frozen burgers on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Keep frozen.
