Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Do not eat raw or undercooked beef or vegetables. Grill (preferred method) 1. Preheat grill to medium heat (350-450 degree F). 2. Place vegetables in a bowl. Mix vegetables with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and half of the seasoning. 3. Wrap vegetables in a foil pouch and place on the grill. Cook for approximately 30-35 minutes on an open grill or 25 minutes on a home grill with the lid closed, until potatoes are tender. Flip pouch after 15 minutes for even cooking. 4. While vegetables are cooking, place steaks on a plate. Pat steaks dry with a paper towel and then rub steaks with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and the rest of the seasoning. 5. Grill steaks to desired doneness for approximately 30 minutes on an open grill or approximately 20 minutes on a home grill with the lid closed. Flip steaks every 5 minutes for even cooking. Cook until steaks reach an internal temperature of 160 degree F, as measured by a food thermometer, and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. 6. Optional: serve cooked corn and potatoes with butter. Combination Stovetop and Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degree F. 2. Place vegetables in a bowl. Mix vegetables with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and half of the seasoning. 3. Wrap vegetables in a foil pouch and place on a sheet pan. Cook for approximately 30 minutes until potatoes are tender. Flip pouch after 15 minutes for even cooking. 4. While vegetables are cooking, place steaks on a plate. Pat steaks dry with a paper towel and then rub steaks with the rest of the seasoning. 5. Preheat a saute pan with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium heat. 6. Cook steaks in saute pan for approximately 25 minutes to desired doneness. Flip steaks every 5 minutes for even cooking. Cook until steaks reach an internal temperature of 160 degree F, as measured by a food thermometer, and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. 7. Optional: serve cooked com and potatoes with butter. Reminder: appliances vary, cook times vary. Always use a calibrated meat thermometer to ensure beef reaches an internal temperature of 160 degree F. Color is not an accurate indicator of final cooked temperature. Freezing not recommended.
