For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions: Keep refrigerated. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Do not eat raw or undercooked meat. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Remove vegetables from pouch, place veggies on sheet pan and discard pouch material. 3. Open sauce packet, pour sauce over vegetables and mix until coated, discard sauce packet material. 4. Evenly space the sauce coated vegetables, remove pork medallions from pouch and place in center of veggies. Discard pork medallion pouch material. 5. Cook for 30-35 minutes. Verify pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F for 3 minutes, as measured by a food thermometer. 6. Remove from sheet pan and serve. Note: Always use a calibrated meat thermometer to ensure that pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F for 3 minutes. Keep refrigerated. Vacuum sealed for freshness. Freezing not recommended.
