Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Setoven rack at 2nd highest position (about 6 inches from the top) and preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cover a sheet pan with foil and spray with vegetable cooking spray. Remove lid and plastic cover from the Sun-dried Tomato and Parmesan Butter and scoop into a microwave safe bowl, heat for 5-10 seconds to soften and set aside. Place Bruschetta Seasoned Chicken on the pan and cook for 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and spread the softened butter over the top of the chicken. Place back into the oven and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes (USDA recommends cooking chicken to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F). Leave the pan in oven and set broiler on high. Broil chicken until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. Great with: Caprese or green salad. Keep refrigerated.
