You will need: 1 pack Emeril's guacamole party dip mix. 3 tbsp water. 3 ripe avocados. In a medium bowl, add water to Emeril's party dip mix. Combine thoroughly. Let stand 15 minutes. Halve the avocados, remove pits and scoop pulp into bowl. Mash avocado with fork to desired consistency and until seasoning is well blended. Cover and refrigerate 20 - 30 minutes before serving.
