Preparation: Open box and remove contents. Wash hands following the in-store hand washing procedures. Put on food prep gloves. For one salad, combine the following components into a large mixing bowl or tray & mix thoroughly: Cranberries, raisins, shredded broccoli slaw, diced broccoli florets, sunflower kernels, diced red onions, dice celery, matchstick carrots, diced cauliflower florets. Discard baggies. Mix well. Be sure to distribute dressing evenly. Pour product into display bowl. Place in deli case. Packaging & Display Instructions (Refrigerated / Non-refrigerated): In a small container, scoop 8 oz of product. In a large container, scoop 16 oz of product. Place lid on container, and scale label on back of package. Product must be at 40 degrees F or below at all times. It is important to move product from cooler to case swiftly to maintain proper temp. Place product in the service salad for sale or package and place in walk around. When packaged a 3 day code will be applied to the scale label automatically to indicate the date packaged +2 additional days.
