Directions

Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 15 minutes. Makes 7 serving. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix; 1 cup water; 1 tbsp. soy sauce; 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, divided; 1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips; 2 cups assorted cut-up fresh vegetables; 2 cups cooked lo mein, spaghetti or linguini noodles. 1. Whisk water, soy sauce and seasoning mix in medium bowl. Set aside. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; stir-fry 3 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 4 minutes or until tender crisp. 3. Whisk sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on 3 medium heat, stirring constantly. Return beef to skillet along with noodles. Stir-fry 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened and mixture is heated through. Kitchen Tips: Use vegetables such as broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, onion, pea pods and green beans. Substitute boneless chicken breast or thighs in place of the steak. Stir-fry until cooked through. No noodles? Prepare as directed and serve over cooked rice, if desired.
