Loaded BBQ Burger Bowl. Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix, divided. 1/2 cup. Mayonnaise. 1 1/2 tsp. Cider vinegar or white vinegar. 1 lb. Ground meat. 2/3 cup. Water. 4 cups. Shredded lettuce. Assorted Toppings: chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, French fries, onions and pickle slices. Directions: 1. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and 2 teaspoons of the Seasoning Mix in small bowl. Set burger sauce mixture aside. 2. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain. Stir in remaining Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Divide shredded lettuce between 4 serving bowls. Spoon cooked meat over top. Add desired toppings and serve with burger sauce. Kitchen Tips: Instead of shredded lettuce, serve meat over coleslaw mix, fries or tots, or mac & cheese. Substitute thinly sliced chicken or pork for the ground meat. Prepare as directed above simmering until meat is cooked through.
