Directions

Perfect Roast Chicken & Vegetables. Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 40 minutes. Makes 4 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix. 3 tbsp. Oil. 4. Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs. 3 cups. Assorted fresh vegetables, cut into 1-inch chunks. Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix Seasoning Mix and oil in large bowl. 2. Add chicken and vegetables; toss to coat. Arrange in single layer on large, shallow, foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. 3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Kitchen Tips: Use vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, butternut squash or red onion wedges. Substitute boneless chicken for the bone-in chicken. Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through.
