Switch with ease to Arm & Hammer Plant Power Clumping Litter: Step 1: Pour 1 inch of Arm & Hammer Plant Power Clumping Litter into a clean litter box and add 2 inches of your old litter brand on top of the Arm & Hammer Plant Power Clumping Litter. Do not mix; your cat will mix as it is used. Step 2: The next time you change the litter box, fill with 2 inches of Arm & Hammer Plant Power Clumping Litter and 1-2 inches of your old litter brand. Repeat this for 3 to 4 changes, lessening the amount of your old litter each time, while maintaining an overall litter depth of 3-4 inches. Step 3: Fill litter box with 3-4 inches of Arm & Hammer Plant Power Clumping Litter. At this point the transition should be complete. However, some cats do need more time, so don't give up! Repeat step 2 as needed. Instructions for Use: Note: Please wash hands thoroughly after handling used cat litter. We want to remind pregnant women and those with suppressed immune systems that a parasite sometimes found in cat feces can cause toxoplasmosis. 1. Fill a clean, empty litter box with 3-4 inches of Arm & Hammer Plant Power Clumping Litter. Use ruler on side of bag to check that the litter box is filled 3-4 inches. 2. Litter forms solid clumps. Remove clumps and solid waste daily to keep the rest of the litter fresh. 3. Add more Arm & Hammer Plant Power Clumping Litter to replace what you have scooped out and maintain a depth of 3-4 inches. Once a month, empty the entire litter box. 4. Dispose of used litter in trash. Do not flush or put in drains.
