Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat the oven to 218 degrees C/425 degrees F. Take the Morcilla out of the bag and place it on a non-stick tray. Place the tray on a medium shelf in the oven. Cook for approximately 25 minutes or until the middle of the Morcilla has reached a temperature of 74 degrees C/165 degrees F. Drain on paper towel. The Morcilla is ready, serve. Stove Top: Defrost the Morcilla. In a skillet or deep fryer at 163 degrees C/325 degrees F, preheat enough oil to cover the Morcilla. Fry for four minutes or until the middle of the Morcilla has reached a temperature of 74 degrees C/165 degrees F. Drain on paper towel. The Morcilla is ready, serve. Cook before eating, uncooked, for safety must be cooked to an internal temperature of 74 degrees C/165 degrees F as measured by use of a thermometer. Keep frozen.
