Directions

(Adult) Take four (4) tablets daily in divided doses with meals and a full glass of water. If caffeine keeps you up at night, do not take this product in the evening since it contains caffeine. For best results, we recommend limiting the consumption of additional caffeine while using this product (e.g. no more than three 8 ounce cups of coffee per day).
