Directions

Proofing Instructions: Dough should be completely thawed before use. Will keep for 7 days refrigerated. Best if used when dough has almost doubled its original size. Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 475. After stretching dough to desired size, place on oiled baking pan or preheated pizza stone & add your toppings. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Keep refrigerated.
