1. Boil: Fill a crawfish pot, bring 10 gallons of water to a boil along with a 4-4.5 lb. Bag of crawfish, shrimp & crab boil. 2. Boost: Add in boil booster to the boiling pot and mix. Add seafood and return to a rolling boil using the boil times indicated below. Boiling Guide*: Seafood Type (crawfish)- Package Boils: 1 sack (40 lb); Boil time: 4 mins; Soak time: 15-30 mins. Seafood Type (Shrimp)- package boils: 55 lbs; Boil time: Turn off heat as soon as water returns to a rolling boil; Soak time: 5-10 mins. Seafood type (Crab): Package boils: 6-8 dozen; Boil time: 5 mins; Soak time: 15-30 mins. *Boil seafood to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
