Willajory Willamette Valley Un-Oaked Chardonnay reflects the wonderful intense fruit that we grow at our L.I.V.E. certified sustainable Erratic Oaks Vineyard. It is the pure expression of our site or terroir as we do not use any oak in the winemaking process. Upon harvest the grapes were gently pressed into stainless steel tanks to ferment. After the primary fermentation the wine went through a partial malo-lactic fermentation, which further enhanced the body. Ripe fresh apple, pineapple and pear aromas mingle with crisp, yet rich flavors on the palette and an extraordinary long finish. A great accompaniment to all seafood, pasta and poultry dishes.
