You Will Need: 1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil; 2 Eggs. 1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease bottom of pan. 2. Stir Blondie Mix, oil and eggs in a medium bowl until well blended. Press evenly in pan. 3. Bake as directed in chart for glass or aluminum pan; for nonstick pan, shorten time by 2-3 minutes. Bake until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean; cool completely. Store tightly covered. Pan Size: 8 inch x 8 inch; 9 inch x 9 inch; 11 inch x 7 inch. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 8x8 28-33 min, 9x9 20-25 min and 11x7 18-23 min. Do not eat raw blondie batter. Betty’s Tip: To cut warm bars, use a plastic knife and short sawing motions.
