Enchiladas for 6 made simple! All you need is a jar of this tomatillo sauce, a pack of 12 corn tortillas, a shredded chicken and shredded Monterey Jack cheese! Cooking instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Take a casserole dish and spread a thin layer of tomatillo sauce on the bottom. 3. Take each corn tortilla and place a line of shredded chicken down the middle, roll them carefully and place them seam side down in rows in the casserole dish until finished. 4. Pour the jar of tomatillo sauce generously over the rolled enchiladas, covering each one. Top with shredded cheese. 5. Bake the enchiladas in the oven for 15 minutes. 6. Top the enchiladas with sour cream, avocado, or jalapenos as you like. 7. Buen Provecho! Refrigerate after opening.
