Directions

You Will Need: For cake: 1/3 cup water; 2 tbsp oil; 1 egg. For Flan: 1 cup milk; 1 cup water. Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray 8 inches Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray. 2. For flan: Pour flan mix into medium size bowl. Combine milk and water in a saucepan or microwave safe dish and warm until mixture is hot but not boiling. Slowly pour milk mixture into flan mix, whisking continuously until lumps are gone. Set bowl aside to cool slightly. Prepare cake batter. 3. For cake batter: Blend cake mix, water, oil and egg in mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour cake batter into Bundt pan. 4. Slowly and evenly pour flan mixture on top of cake batter (flan mixture will sink to bottom of the pan as it bakes). 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes*. First, cool at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then, cool in the pan in the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes. Remove from pan by flipping it onto a plate once cooled. Open the caramel pouch and drizzle over the top of the cake and enjoy. * Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted.
