You Will Need: 1 1/2 cups boiling water; 3/4 cup milk; 1 tbsp. butter or margarine. Oven Directions: Best for Golden Browning: 1. Stir in 1-1/2 cups boiling water, 3/4 cup milk, and 1 tbsp butter or margarine. 3. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until top is golden brown and potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and let stand a few minutes before serving (sauce will thicken slightly when cooling). Stove Top Directions: 1.
