The Bread Shed Traditional Sage Stuffing

Directions

You Will Need: 1 Stuffing package (included); 1 Seasoning package (included); 1 1/2 Yellow onion chopped; 2 1/2 Cups chicken or vegetable stock; 6 Tbsp olive oil. Cooking Instructions: Put olive oil in a large saute pan on med/high. Add onions. Once onions start to golden 4-5 minutes add seasoning package. Stir seasoning in and then add chicken stock. Let simmer for about 4-5 minutes. Take off the heat and in a large mixing bowl add stock mixture to the stuffing bread. Salt and pepper generously, mix gently but well and let stand for 20-30 minutes. Place in a 9 inches casserole dish and cook at 350 degrees in middle rack for 25-30 minutes. Feel free to get creative and add ingredients! (Our favorite is ground pork!).
