Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: For all cooking instructions cook until center is no longer pink and has a minimum temperature of 170 degrees F. drain on absorbent paper. Pan Fry: Pan fry: Place patties in a cold skillet. Fry over medium heat, turning once or twice to cook and brown evenly, 8-10 min. Boil: To Broil: Place patties on a broiler pan in pre-heated oven (500F) oven 6 inches from heat. Broil for 3 minuted each side. Bake: To Bake: Pre-Heat oven to 400F. place patties on rack in shallow pan. Bake 8-10 minuted on each side until fully cooked. Keep frozen.
