Directions

Boiling Seafood: 1. Prep: Fill a crawfish pot with 10 gallons of water. Add Cajun Reserve Seafood Boil. Stir well and bring to a rolling boil. 2. Boil: Add seafood. If seafood is not covered, add enough water to cover. Return to a rolling boil. Boil seafood as indicated below. 3. Soak: Turn fire off, add ice or frozen corn to cool water down, and let seafood soak as indicated. The longer it soaks, the spicier it will be!
