No refrigeration required. Cook this side up. Store in cool, dark place. Do not refrigerate before cooking. Do not microwave for more than 15 minutes. Do not place bag in conventional oven. Microwave directions: 1. Place unopened bag this side up in microwave. Do not pierce bag. 2. Microwave on high for 8 to 9 minutes. 3. Let stand for 2 minutes. 4. Use caution when removing bag from microwave; package will be hot! 5. Carefully cut open bag and pour potatoes onto serving dish; cut the sweet potatoes open lengthwise. 6. Gently fluff or mash the sweet potato flesh with a fork, or scoop it out of the skin with a spoon; if desired, top with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, or other favorite seasoning. 7.
