Keeps best refrigerated or frozen. Beans, peas, and lentils are natural agricultural products. Despite use of modern agricultural equipment, it is not always possible to remove all foreign material. Sort and rinse before cooking. Basic cooking instructions: 1 cup Bob's Red Mill® vegi soup mix. 4 cups water. Stir Bob's Red Mill® vegi soup mix into water. Add salt and any other seasonings you would like. Simmer for 1 hour or until ingredients are soft. Additional vegetables may be added as desired.
