Our mussels are responsibly raised on ropes suspended in the cold, deep waters of Southern Chile and harvested between November and July, when they're at peak quality. The mussels are packed into our tins with tender red peppers and onions, savory tomato, zesty garlic, premium Spanish olive oil, and a touch of salt.
