Ways to enjoy our muesli. Directions for two servings. Muesli: Mix 2/3 cup oats with 1 1/2 cup milk + 1/8 tsp salt or 1 cup yogurt. Soak 5 min, or overnight in refrigerator. Overnight Oats: Mix 2/3 cup oats with 1 1/3 cup milk + 1/8 tsp salt or 1 cup yogurt. Soak 12-48 hours in refrigerator. Longer soaking time results in softer oats. Microwave or Stovetop: Boil 1 1/3 cups water + 1/8 tsp salt. Stir in 2/3 cup oats. Simmer 7-10 min. Rest 2-5 min. Creamier Oatmeal: Bring 1 1/3 cups water + 1 1/3 cup milk + 1/8 tsp salt to low boil. Add 2/3 cup muesli. Simmer 20+ minutes. Stir often. Turn off heat; rest for 5 minutes. Scones & Muffins: See zegofoods.com for tasty recipes.
