Way to enjoy our muesli. Directions for two servings. Muesli: Mix 2/3 cup oats with 1 1/2 cup milk + 1/8 tsp salt or 1 cup yogurt. Soak 5 min, or overnight in refrigerator. Overnight Oats: Mix 2/3 cup oats with 1 1/3 cup milk +1/8 tsp salt or 1 cup yogurt. Soak 12-48 hours in refrigerator. Longer soaking time results in softer oats. Microwave or Stovetop: Boil 1 1/3 cups water + 1/8 tsp salt. Stir in 2/3 cup oats. Cook 7+ min. Rest 2-5 min. Creamy Oatmeal: Bring 1 1/3 cups water + 1 1/3 cup milk + 1/8 tsp salt to low boil. Add 2/3 cup oats. Simmer 20+ minutes, stirring often. Turn off heat; rest 5 min. Reduce liquid and cooking time by half for firmer oats. Scones & Muffins: See zegofoods.com for tasty recipes.
