Prior to cleaning (color fast test): apply X-Tract™ liberally to carpet scrap or to hidden area. Wait 5 minutes, then blot test area with white towel or paper towel. Observe towel for color stability. If color is affected do not use this product. Directions: remove all solid soil and loose dirt. Blot up liquids with clean white towels. Continue to blot until no more liquid is removed. Saturate soiled area with X-Tract. Work into fibers if cleaning carpets, rugs or upholstery. Gently blot area with clean white sponge or towel. Rinse cleaning towels or sponges in clean water and repeat until stain is gone. After area is thoroughly clean, rinse area with clean water and blot with clean, white towels to remove remaining liquid. Allow to dry before permitting any foot traffic. For pet stains & odors plus ink, crayon, scuffs... you name. Always use X-Tract as your first stain remedy. X-Tract may not be as effective on stains and soiled areas that have been treated with other products first. Do not mix X-Tract with other household cleaners. When blotting, always use clean white household rags or plain white paper towels. For optimal results, use as soon as spot occurs. Fresh spots are easier to clean than old dried ones. Some stains are not removable.
