You will Need: 1 lb. ground chicken; 1 tbsp. oil; 1 can (15.5 oz.) great Northern or cannellini beans, undrained; 1 can (4 oz.) diced green chiles (optional). Directions: 1. Add 1 tbsp. oil to medium pan on medium-high heat. 2. Add ground chicken and cook thoroughly, until temperature reaches 165 degrees. 3. Add 1 cup water, undrained beans, seasoning mix and green chiles (optional). 4. Mix well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Also Try Chicken Chili Bean Dip: Add cooked ground chicken, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1/4 cup monterrey jack cheese, 1/2 cup water, rinsed and drained beans, green chiles, and seasoning mix to a medium pan on medium-high heat. Mix well and bring to simmer. Continue to mix until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
