Patties: Portion into 4 oz patties, 3-4 minutes per side on a high temperature grill or 3-4 minutes per side on a pre-oiled skillet over medium heat. Crumbles: Evenly crumble, 8-10 minutes on a pre-oiled skillet over medium-high heat stirring constantly. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Previously handled frozen for your protection.
