Assembly Instructions: 1. Using enclosed straw, place under clear strip at valve marker, gently blow to inflate. 2. Remove straw. 3. Remove backing from double-sided tape on one end of the tassel piece and adhere to the valve marker on the bottom of the balloon. 4. Wrap until you meet up with the second piece of double-sided tape. 5. Remove backing from double-sided tape and adhere to the fully wrapped tassel. 6. At the top of the balloon, pull ribbon through tab hole and hang.
