What You’ll Need: 2 eggs; 1/4 cup melted butter plus 2 tbsp softened butter (or vegan butter); 1/3 cup milk of choice (we love unsweetened almond milk!). What To Do: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Make the streusel layer by removing 1/2 cup of dry mix (lightly packed) from the package and combining it with 2 tbsp softened butter. Mash until you have a moist, crumbly mixture. Whisk the 1/4 cup melted butter with the eggs and milk in another large bowl. Add remaining contents of Stellar Eats Apple Crumble Cake Mix into the liquid mixture. Mix until combined. Pour batter evenly into a greased square or round pan (8 inches or 9 inches) and top evenly with the streusel. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until center is just set. Cool 10 minutes before removing from the pan. Slice & serve! Store in fridge or freezer. Store in a cool dry place.
