Ingredients 5-6 pancakes: 3/4 cup mix - 2/3 cup water. 10-12 Pancakes - 1 1/2 cups mix - 1 1/3 cups water. Tip: For thicker pancakes, use slightly less water; for thinner pancakes use slightly more water. 1: Mix ingredients until combined. Let prepared batter sit for 2 minutes. 2: Heat pan over medium-high heat or turn on electric griddle to 375 degrees F. 3: Lightly oil the pan or griddle. 4: Pour or scoop 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto your hot pan or griddle. 5: Cook 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until pancakes are golden brown. Want Waffles? Mix 3/4 cup of mix, 2/3 cup of water, and I Tbsp. of oil. Mix until combined and let batter rest for 2 minutes. Heat up waffle iron, coat with non-stick cooking spray. Cook according to the waffle iron instructions or until waffles are golden brown. Warning: Do not eat raw batter. Please cook fully before enjoying.
