Add 1-2 squirts of concentrate. Dilute with water. Rinse or gargle & enjoy your fresh breath. Dosing cup included. Directions: To make your mouthwash, using the dose cup, add 1-2 squirts of concentrate and dilute with clean water up to the fill mark (20 mL). Rinse or gargle for 30 seconds then spit out. Do not swallow. Use up to 2 times per day. To open: Remove top portion of printed sleeve at perforation. Remove dose cup, then push cap down and turn. To close: Push down on cap while turning until securely tightened.
