Close tightly while pushing down turn. Use at least once a month to keep your machine fresh. Instructions. 1. Remove clothes or other items from washer. 2. Add Clorox® washing machine cleaner to bleach dispenser. Fill to "max" line (or 1/2 cup, depending on size of dispenser). 3. Run washer on "maintenance" cycle, it offered. If no maintenance cycle is offered, run washer on "normal" cycle with hot water setting and "extra rinse" option, if offered. If there is no hot water setting, then select "whites" or "stain" cycle setting. 4. Rinse washer using additional rinse cycle to ensure no bleach remains in the washer. For any machine type. Washing machine cleaner. Storage and disposal: store cleaner in a cool, dry place. Offer empty container for recycling or discard empty container in trash. Environmental commitment: surfactants in this product are biodegradable. The bleach in this product rapidly breaks down almost entirely to salt water. Do not use or mix with any other household chemicals, including deck cleaners, wood bleaches, wood restorers, rust removers, wood or masonry finishes, toilet bowl cleaners, acids or products containing ammonia. To do so will release hazardous gases. Prolonged contact with metal may cause pitting or discoloration.
