Serve up a delicious dish! Roast: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, toss cauliflower in 1 tbsp oil and spread into a single layer on a lined baking sheet. Roast for 20 min, tossing halfway. Set aside. Sauce: In a medium saucepan, whisk cheese mix and 1/2 cup milk. Add 1/2 tbsp butter and heat over medium-low, stirring until melted and smooth. Cook until bubbly and thickened, then simmer on low 2 min. Pour over cauliflower and toss to coat. Plate and enjoy!
