Glass: Oven Temperature: 350 degrees F; 8 inches x 8 inches or 9 inches x 9 inches Pan: 37 to 42 minutes. Aluminum: Oven Temperature: 325 degrees F; 8 inches x 8 inches or 9 inches x 9 inches Pan: 37 to 42 minutes. * For cakelike brownies, use 1/4 cup water, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Do not eat raw brownie batter. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Make brownies using 1/3 cup water and 1/4 cup oil.
