Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. How to Cook The Cajun Style Tri-Tip Blend: 1. Preheat large saute pan or grill over medium heat, lightly oil surface with high smoke point oil. 2. Open package and drain marinade from Tri-Tip Steak Loin Tips. 3. Lay the Tri-Tip Steak Loin Tips flat, leaving space between pieces. Do not overcrowd. 4. Cook on medium heat for 3.5 - 5 minutes then flip. If grilling, close lid.5. Continue cooking for 3.5 - 4 more minutes, until product is 145 degrees F internally. 6. Remove from heat and let the Tri-Tip Steak Loin Tips rest for 3 minutes before serving. Note: If cooking on the stovetop, we recommend using a cast iron skillet. * USDA recommends cooking Steak Loin Tips to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). After reaching this temperature, allow the Steak Loin Tips to rest for three minutes before serving to ensure safety and juiciness Keep refrigerated.
