Directions: 1. Add wet ingredients to a 12 oz microwave-safe mug: 1 egg or vegan egg substitute, 1 tbsp milk of choice, 1 tbsp oil For a richer cake, use 2 tbsp oil and no milk. For a lighter cake, use 2 tbsp milk and no oil. 2. Open your Mugsy pouch and pour the dry mix into your mug. Mix briskly until completely blended. 3. Microwave for 70-80 seconds (75 sec. for 1000 watt microwave). 4. Do a little dance for 3-5 minutes as your Mugsy cools. Careful! Your Mugsy will still be hot. 5. Enjoy your Mugsy as is, or add your favorite toppings! No microwave? No problem! Bake your Mugsy in a ramekin at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-27 minutes.
